The game I chose to work on is something like 'bounce' where the goal of the game is to get to the gold ring at the top of the wall. My first idea was to make a game that needs the user to control the dancer to make moves to gain points, however I changed the idea to the ball game, because I had accidently closed down Scratch without saving it, and so formed the idea of the game.
Instructions:
-The whole point of the game is to get the pink ball to the golden ring and score a point, and whenever you want you can switch to the next level by hitting the '0' key on the board.
Controls:
Right arrow - move right
Left arrow - move left
Space bar - jump

Today I continued to work on the 'Entertainment software' page. I also researched the future direction of application software. For this I found a lot of information at this site, which was a company's powerpoint presentation on the future direction for Window's.
I completed the page for 'entertainment software' having three examples, and also added a video example for one of them, it is the video song of "Walk Away".
I also added in the 'future direction' of application software to the main page of application software, and therefore completing my part of the wikispace.

Today I started working on the 'Entertainment software' page, adding in a definition about what entertainment software is and how different ages can use it. I also put the link to the page on the example contents page that I made. However the site stopped working and I can't access it anymore (grrrrr >=) so I'm unable to work on it any further, the site keeps coming up with an error saying it can't acces it! Grrr! WORK!!!

Today I continued to work on the 'media development software' page, adding information on photoshop, and adding in the logo of it as well as images that had been made through the use of photoshop. I also added in the 'external links' Adobe's offical website.The media development page is now fully completed.

Today I continued to add on information to the 'informative software' page, in the light that I would be finishing off this page tonight so that I could start on the other two example pages, as well as make a contents page to put ont the navigation list on the wikispace.
I completed the 'Informative software' page and just have to do the other two example pages and finish off the main page of application software. Also the contents table of the examples page is done.

Today I finished the 'Education software' page. I then started on the creation of the second examples page, this one is for 'Informative software' which is usually used to store different types of information. I followed the same format as the 'Education software' with a small description at the top and examples of informative software, and also a reference section, where the offical sites of where software producer's offical websites would be going.

I started on a new page for the wikispace, it's title is "Education Software" which links in with the application software page, it is a page of examples of educational software and what it does and who it's useful for.

I also added information on: "Leap Frog - LeapPad Plus Writing System: Maths Magic" which is a young child at the age of 6 to help them learn how to count and write numbers. As well as some info I added a picture of the software's box that it comes in.
To this page I also added a 'Reference' part where I plan to put the offical websites of the producers of the software I put on the page.

Today I started editting the format of the 'application software' page, I decided to place dividing lines between each new sub-heading to be sure there would be no confusion on what a paragraph is talking about. I think the organisation of the page is much more neater and it is a less likely chance that readers would be confused with what the page is talking about. I also added more information to the 'how to install' section of the page, saying how it is important to read what you are approving your program to have, and what it is able to do, and be sure to chose wisely.

Today I continued to update the application software page, adding a picture which showed an example of what exactly are installation screens, and also it is an example of what an application software installation screen looks like. I also put a caption underneath the picture which stated that it was an example of an installation screen. The one thing that is really annoying me right now? Is that I don't know how to make the table lines turn white, right now it's grey and it's ANNOYING!! But all in all most things about today's work has been good.

We editted the software page of the wiki, and I added the 'application software' page, I added a video for the software program 'Photoshop' and I found this video HERE. Heather also editted the page for 'system software' she also added a video about system software. It's a video called 'Mac vs Pc vs Linux by Novell - #1' which was also from the site DAILY MOTION.

The printer I have at home is the Brother MFC-665CW. This is a multi-fuction centre, it consists of a fax, printer, copier, scanner, telephone, speaker phone, message centre and direct photo printing. This multi-fuction centre is a fairly easy machine to use, although it may be hard to use sometimes if you have not read the "How to.." information book for it. The printer is currently around $179.99 on street value. The message centre can hold up to 29mins worth of messages, it can print really well, the coloured prints are usually pretty good, but there ARE better printing quality. The printer is a colour inkjet, it can print 27 pages per minute if they are black/white pages, where as it can print 22 if they were coloured pages. The warranty is one year.

But if I could choose what printer I was to have at home, I would choose the Canon PIXMA MP530 All-In-One Printer, this is not just a printer it is also a fax and copier. This product can print when it is black/white 29 pages per mintue, but if it's in colour it is only 19 pages per minute. This printer can usually be bought at prices ranging from $119.00 to $204.72. This printer is really good, it does everything nessicary, the only real fall back is that if your printer breaks, the fax and copier do not function either. The ink cartiages used usually costs around $30-$50.
